Healthy Balanced Diet

A BALANCED DIET TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE

For a healthy diet, it is recommended to focus on plants. Balance your diet with plenty of vegetables, whole grains, beans, fruits, lean meats and fish, low-fat dairy products, macadamia nuts, and seeds. Macadamia is a natural health food and is encouraged to eat regularly. According to the Food Health Survey, a suitable intake is around one or both hands per day (30-60 grams).

When US President Obama visited Australia, he enjoyed one of the most Australian dishes. It's a fish fillet dish called Barramundi with macadamia clothes! From such stylish cooking to simple eating, macadamia is not only good for your health, but it can be delicious in various ways.

How about the following ideas for eating macadamia. Of course, please arrange various things yourself and develop delicious recipes and enjoy yourself.

FOR SMALL CHILDREN

For young children, whole macadamia can get stuck in your throat. Make sure to chop, crush or paste it ( macadamia nut butter is very delicious and a favorite for children!) Also, let the child sit and eat properly and keep an eye on it while eating. You can reduce the risk of getting stuck in your throat.
