Board.
Start with standard front plank exercises for 60 seconds. If you can hold this position for a full 60 seconds, challenge yourself by getting up on the right and then changing the left foot to a slow, steady pace.

Crossover is the next exercise of the AB crutch circuit. This is a great exercise for targeting obliques. To do this exercise safely, your goal is to touch each spine of the knee without cranking your neck gap (follow the example of the man in the background in the photo, not the man back). It’s helpful to look for it as you push and roll, not rotating the neck. Repeat many slow, controlled repetitions that you can do for 30 seconds on one side and switch to the other for the remaining 30 seconds.
Jump rope for another 60 seconds before moving on to the next exercise
The one-leg bridge is not generally considered a power-home core exercise but is essential for great strength and durability to work the back chain (the back part of the body) and to build strong glutes and hamstrings. The key to making this one a good core reinforcement is the hips or one side of the pavilion that does not allow bathing on the ground or ground. If you can keep your pavers level, you will be well connected to your core muscles and do it properly.
For this circuit, hold the one-leg bridge on one side for 30 seconds and switch to the other side for the remaining 30 seconds.
Follow this with another 60 seconds of the jumping race before during the next ab exercise.
If you have difficulty sinking or sagging on one side, perform a basic bridge exercise until you have enough strength to fix it.
Your bone may burn slightly as if you were injured in the fourth exercise of the circuit, twisting vertically with a medicine ball. If not, this will be at the end of the 60-second interval.
To fix this, keep your feet up from the top of the head and alternate the tape from the right side to left behind a dos ball (your desired weight). Do this at a slow, controlled pace for a full 60 seconds. Seki.
Again, do another 60-second rope jumping before going to the last ab exercise.
The jumping rope is one more break and you are done. Great job!
